  • Usage time

    We receive so many support requests from users who believe that our servers block their access even though they have not used up their FreeFreedom time budget. Most of these users are not aware that our servers do not only count their usage time but also the usage time of other FreeFreedom users on the same PC. In order to help you guys understand what is going on I have set up a page on our web site where you can check your usage times. Just log in to our web page, then click on ACCOUNT. There is a link on the left hand side that reads "Usage time", click on it. This link will only appear for FreeFreedom users.

    If you find that the page displays a huge list of associated accounts that you are sure are not using the same PC as you, try upgrading the YF client installation to at least version 20090813-01. This will solve the problem. We cannot solve it for you, you need to solve it yourself.
