Set up everything as shown in the picture below. You might want to adjust the speeds to the minimum value of your Internet connection and your Your Freedom profile. For example, if your Internet connection is a DSL 1000 with 256 kbit/s uplink speed and you are an EnhancedFreedom user, your speed is limited by your Internet connection and you should set your downlink to 128 KB/s and your uplink to 32 KB/s (KB is kilobytes, while kb is kilobits; one byte is eight bits).

As a TotalFreedom user you are able to accept incoming connections. This will get you a "high ID" in eMule/eDonkey networks and more peer connections in all networks. Check out your Your Freedom profile panel when connected; you should have server ports assigned to you. Choose one of them that you are not currently using for something else, then input this port as shown below. Adjust all other settings as well: you are able to accept incoming connections, and you must not ignore local IP addresses. Everything else is the same as for the other package types.
