Do you have any intentions to act as a reseller for other resellers? (That's perfectly okay with us!) We're just asking because in that case it might be more practical if we provide voucher carnets to you manually instead of having you purchase them on the web page.

Tell us your name (as we should show it), let us know how your customers can contact you (for example: a phone number, an email address, or a way to contact you through a messenger app), your web page (if you have one), maybe a link to your Facebook profile, whatever.
